Can I visit your factory?

How can we guarantee quality?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production; Always final Inspection before shipment;
Can I have my own customized products? Do you accept OEM orders?
We could make it according to your requirements. Yes, We accept OEM orders.
Do you offer custom packaging?
Yes, we are able to provide custom packaging, like printed bags, color boxes, etc.
What's your MOQ for the bulk production? Can you produce an order less than MOQ?
Our MOQ is one model at least 100/200pcs,and smaller order is also welcome, but with a surcharge, we would like to grow up with you. For some special colors like Gold, Our MOQ is 200pc
Can I mix different models in one container?
Yes. Different models can be mixed in one container.
How to make payment when confirming an order?
We usually use TT, 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance against the BL copy
What about the leading time for bulk Production?
Actually, it depends on the order quantity and the products, Usually, our leading time is about 15-25 days after the order is confirmed.
Can you send a sample for our reference?
If you only need 1-2 samples, we will send them free of charge, and the shipping fee should be paid by the buyer. If you do not have a courier account, we can send them using our account after receiving the payment via PayPal. However, when there is a confirmed order, the fee will be refunded.
Do you have a stock of products?
Yes, We can supply any common style your want, for special model need to be re-make as per customers’ requirements.
